Global Project Search
Another one that's been a long time coming! Now you can search globally across all your projects and find that job in seconds.
Project Key Contacts
Now if you are working on multiple projects for the same company, you can add in the specific contacts you work with on each project and have these contacts automatically selected when you invoice that project.
Timesheet roll-over
Previously, at the start of a new week, you had to setup your jobs in your timesheet again. Now with Timesheet rollover, you can easily import your projects from the week prior and be up and running again in seconds!
For Admins: Set default Xero GL codes by Rate
You are now able to assign a default Xero GL code for each Hourly Rate you have in ROLL so that when you import time to an invoice, the GL codes are automatically applied, saving heaps of time when invoicing.
For Admins: Ability To Re-order Rates
Now you can customise the order that your rates appear in, making it easier to choose the right rate when logging time or invoicing.
Time Dashboard - custom date ranges
We’ve added the ability to report on time by any date range you choose, not just by individual weeks or months. Great if you need to see time logs for any given client for the year, or for a particular staff member for the gestation of a project.
Other small changes
If that's not already enough, here's a list of some other small changes and fixes we've released in the last few weeks
- Ability to filter by 'blank' - i.e. filter projects to those with no lead source
- Fixed reporting around retainers and retainer automatic invoice metrics
- Date picker improvements
- Sidebar scroll and other UI tweaks
